Jo manages to work out which of the inmates has contacts on the outside, and soon works out how the next delivery of drugs is going to make its way into the prison, so with the help of Jack and Suzie, arranges a sting to catch the dealers in the act. However, she soon realises that she has been double crossed by Lesley Palmer, who is simply working the situation to her own advantage. Meanwhile, as the investigation into Shanti Das' shooting continues, Sam tries and gather evidence against prime suspect Dee Winston, and offers Austin a deal – she will drop all charges of withholding evidence against him if he can get Shanti to talk.
