The proprietress is the daughter of a fisherman from Amakusa, so she has the seafood delivered directly from there.
For breakfast, you can eat hell steam, which uses the steam from the hot springs.

When sightseeing in Kumamoto, you can also use this inn as a hot spring inn in Aso.
