Sharing a recipe for the ever-popular Fried Breadsticks (Dau Chao Quay). These scrumptious breadsticks aren't the easiest to make, so in this video, I share my simple recipe plus lots of tips and tricks for guaranteed success. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp sugar + 1 heaping tsp Active Dry yeast + 2 Tbsp hot water (100-110 degrees Fahrenheit)

2 1/3 cups bread flour
2 tsp sugar
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water

1/4 tsp oil to coat the bowl and dough
1-2 Tbsp bread flour for rolling the dough

5 cups vegetable oil for deep-frying

Yields: 8 breadsticks

Nguyên liệu:

½ m cà phê đường + 1 m cà phê hơi đầy men nở + 2 m. canh nước nóng (38-43 độ C)

280 g bột mì dai
2 m. cà phê đường
1 m. cà phê hơi đầy bột nở
1 m. cà phê muối
180 ml nước

¼ m. cà phê dầu ăn để tráng tô và thoa lên bột
1-2 m. canh bột mì dai dùng để cán bánh

1.2 L dầu ăn dùng để chiên bánh

Làm được 8 cái dầu chéo quẩy
