जैसे हमारे शरीर में कुछ बिंदु ऐसे होते है जिनको दबाने से शरीर के दर्द में लाभ मिलता है, बिलकुल ऐसे ही हमारे घर में भी मर्मा बिंदु होते हैं जो कि बहुत ही ज्यादा सेंसिटिव होते हैं। अगर इन मर्मा बिंदु पर कोई भारी सामान रख जाये या दीवार पर कील लगा कर कुछ सामान इसी मर्मा बिंदु पर टंग जाये तो शरीर के उसी हिस्से में दर्द होने लगता हैं जिस दिशा में वो शरीर का हिस्सा आता है। इस वीडियो में आप जान पायेंगें कि कैसे इसको आप ठीक कर सकते है।
