Congratulations Aritra & Nihit🎊

Aritra Patra and Nihit Raj are final year students of the Mechanical Engineering branch in NIT Jamshedpur. They are the winner of the "Mind Over Matter" challenge organized by TATA STEEL and they also got a pre-placement offer.

"MIND OVER MATEER" is a competition organized by TATA Steel each year under its R&D wing in which 3rd year (4th year of dual degree) engineering students from all over INDIA participates.
In 1st round, 10 problem statements are given, various teams from all over India participate and submit a solution. (this year more than 375 teams participated from various IITs, NITs & Universities).
2nd round, 5 teams from each topic will be chosen for appearing in an overall test for screening.
3rd round, 1 team will be selected amongst 5 teams and a total of 10 teams for 10 individual topics are chosen and offered intern in TATA steel under R&D wing in the same topic.
4th round, pre-finale presentation is done base on the feasibility of the solution proved by teams in which out of 10 teams 5 teams are selected.
5th round, the final presentation is done in form of the Vice President and all other heads and chief on the basis of which winners are chosen.
