This build represents the culmination of 2 years of work, sharpening my ebike fabrication skills, and producing one heck of a finished product!

I purchased this bike + kit 2 years ago at an ebike close-out sale, and slowly put the kit together, realizing that only a 3D printer could help solve all the bracketry issues I was facing. I created a custom printed rear fender perfectly fitted to the frame, along with front fender, PAS sensor brackets, rear battery mount brackets, mid controller brackets, and chain ring guard.

The bike is a red CCM Vandal 26", commonly found at Canadian Tire stores, 21 speed, dual V-brakes, full suspension, retailing for around $399.

The kit is a Motorino rear hub 500W kit with a 48V 16Ah monster battery pack. Smooth power production, and uses both pedal sensors, and twist thumb throttle. The kit retailed for over $1K when stocked.
