We took the Toppy 2, a high-speed boat connecting Kagoshima to Tanegashima and Yakushima, to Yakushima.
There were some high waves, but basically it was super stable.
It was almost as if it was a ship or an airplane.
By the way, "Toppy" means flying fish in Kagoshima dialect.
When we arrived at Yakushima, we went to a restaurant called "Yakudon" which serves Yakushima udon.
The fried flying fish was very tasty!
The Jetfoil is also a very interesting boat, if you would like to watch it!
