After a restful night hunkering down in my no-build SUV camper, Gamora, at the Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino, I woke up refreshed and ready for adventure! I grabbed breakfast at a nearby travel center and then hit the road to Lake Louise, Alberta.

The day started with a stunning hike to the Fairview Overlook, where the view of Lake Louise left me speechless. I had plans to visit Moraine Lake, but I learned the road requires a shuttle booking in advance, so I missed out on that. No worries, though—Lake Louise was more than enough beauty for one day! I ended my adventure with a relaxing lunch in the parking lot, soaking in the majestic mountain views.
