After a series of hard work in the late summer, we made time to travel to Gangneung again. On a day when we were more stressed than the heat, and on a rainy day, we thought of our friend's tiny house in the mountain of the Jumunjin countryside.
In Gangneung, I stopped by two famous restaurants I wanted to visit.

The first was Spicy #ScorpionFish Stew restaurant, considered a hangover soup for many people, and #Haesungjip in Gangneung Central Traditional Market. It's not spicy even for me, who doesn't like spicy foods. It was a fantastic place to consider a trip to Gangneung to eat this one meal. It reminds me of Soju constantly. It used to be #HaesungRawfish , but now it doesn't have sashimi anymore, so it seems to have unified into Haesungjip. Samsugi, Samsegi, and Samsigi is called in various ways, but the restaurant marked it as #Samsugitang.

The second one is the original #SamgyoriOriginalDongchimiMakguksu, which everyone insists is the original, and I went to the real authentic restaurant. While we lived in Sokcho, we tried a lot of makguksu, but every restaurant was too sweet for my taste, but this original restaurant was not very sweet and was bland, so I could finish it. I wouldn't say I like noodles with a lot of sour taste, such as regular Dongchimi noodles and young radish noodles, but the acidity here was so good that it wasn't burdensome. Boiled pork and pickled vegetables are delicious here because the owner and his wife are farming for them. There is a house next to it that is not the original, so be careful. :)
