I'm posting this primarily so that I can ask people on forums to help me figure out what this noise might be.

Noise does not go away when warm. I'm under the impression that it was supposed to at least get better when hot if it is the phasers? I haven't torn the motor apart yet to start seeing what's broken. With 190,000 miles on the truck, I'm tempted to just sell it or drive it until it explodes. If it's something simple like solenoids though, I'd much rather fix it.
