Frank Martinez joined #OneRoyal this summer as an apprentice electrician on the Britton Middle School New Student Union Building & Administration Modernization Project in Morgan Hill, CA. He started his #construction career as a drywaller, later deciding to apply for ‪@abcnorcal3723‬ 's year electrical apprenticeship program with encouragement from his brother-in-law. Recently starting the second year of his apprenticeship, Frank is enjoying working along side and learning from his crew while contributing to the education of children in his community. After graduation in June 2027 Frank hopes to continue learning and eventually grow into a field management role.
