I'd like to introduce an incredibly steep slope on a private road in the Tsurukabe housing complex near Rokko Cable Sanroku Station, the gateway to Mount Rokko, Kobe's most famous mountain.

This is the road leading to a house, but it's so steep that it looks impossible, and I wondered if a car could even make it up the slope.
