Has anyone ever experienced cramps in their hand while crushing????? My hand cramped up so bad this is like the second time this has happened to me. I tried to edit out most of it. Well this is day 14 of my grape fast and I am 17lbs down🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 this has been the easiest fast for me because I love grapes they are so refreshing to me.
