My name is Dámaris Plá (@svandw), I am a pharmacist, and in this video I am going to tell my personal experience applying Aloe Vera gel from Atlantia, which we can find in Mercadona, for 7 days on my hair.

The moisturizing properties of Aloe Vera can help maintain hydration in our hair, in addition to providing it with all its shine. During this week I apply this aloe vera gel to my hair to see if I really feel a difference in terms of hydration.

During these 7 days I did not apply any type of conditioner, masks, oils, serums to my hair... only a shampoo without sulfates or silicones in its composition to be able to feel the difference of using aloe vera on my hair.
