The sand eel bite is still going strong on the South Shore of LI even though its the middle of November! I tried out a few different sand eel imitations in this video(Madd Mantis Sand Eel Jig, Diamond Jig, and even tied on a Teaser jig). The winds were blowing strong out of the NE, and the surf was big, but i still managed to get into schoolie bass practically every cast!
