Amritsari Kulcha ke Ingredient:
Dough -
2 cup Maida
½ tsp baking powder
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
10g butter/ghee
Water - to make dough

Filling -
Aloo - 6 boiled
Pyaaz - 1 chopped finely
Sukha Dhaniya Kali Mirch - 1 tsp kuti hui
Hari Mirch - 1 large
Adrak - 1 inch
Kata Dhaniya - 2 tbsp chopped
Kasoori Methi - ½ tsp
kala namak - ½ tsp
Jeera Powder - ½ tsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder - ½ tsp
Dry Maida - 2-3 tbsp
