Sculptor John Edwards demonstrates how to fashion an aluminum wire armature and mass the forms of a smaller than life figure using ordinary newspaper and tape, and then covering the form with sheets of newspaper covered in a thin layer of plaster as the first step in creating a strong lightweight sculpture.
