Mineral Point singer-songwriter Rick Harris plays his song about medical cannabis, "Legal Medicine Blues," at a Dec. 16 event at the District #1 Old School House in Mt. Horeb. Also on the bill, but not in this clip, was State Sen. Jon Erpenbach (D-Middleton) who spoke about medical cannabis legislation he has sponsored every session since 2009.
