Due to continuous rains in Arunachal and Assam, the Brahmaputra river as well as other tributaries are in spate. In Dibrugarh, the Brahmaputra river is flowing beyond the danger mark of 105.70 meters at 105.79 meters. This created a lot of trouble for the people living on the river banks.
