Joseph Ojinal, the father of Ailene, says he chased after the Erwin after learning that his daughter was hacked by her husband. Calauan, Laguna PNP on-case investigator SP01 Jerome Gumangan says Erwin Tapay was apprehended not far from the crime scene. The suspect in now behind bars and is facing parricide charges.
