Ingredients:
1. Yellow lentils ( Moong Dal / Muga Dali ) - 1/2 cup ( Approx. 125gm )
2. Diced pumpkin - 1/2 cup
3. Diced brinjal - 1/2 cup ( 1 - medium )
4. Diced potato - 1/4 cup ( 1 - small )
5. Diced raw banana - 1/4 cup
6. Diced tomato - 1 ( medium )
7. Drumstick - 1
9. Crushed ginger - 1 tbsp ( 1 inch )
10. Roasted cumin and dry red chilli powder - 1 tbsp ( roast 2 tbsp cumin seeds and 2 dry red chillies )
11. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp ( as required )
12. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
13. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
14. Bay leaf ( Tej Patta ) - 1
15. Dry red chilli - 1
16. Asafoetida ( Hing / Hengu ) - 1/4 tsp
17 . Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
18. Salt to taste
19. Ghee ( Clarified butter ) - 1½ tbsp ( add as required )
20. Water - 2½ cups ( or use as required for the gravy consistency )
