Wat Tan Hor is a popular noodle dish in Asia that everyone would love to crave for it. Flat rice noodles fried to perfection in a delicious silky and rich egg gravy, this noodle dish is simply irresistible!


🍴INGREDIENTS🍴
350g - Flat Rice Noodles/Kuay Teow
1tbsp - Dark Soy Sauce
1tbsp - Light Soy Sauce
2tbsp - Vegetable Oil
2cloves - Garlic
1pc - Fish Cake
50g - Chicken Meat
4pcs - Prawns
1stalk - Green Vegetable

Gravy:
480ml - Chicken Stock
2pcs - Eggs
1tbsp - Oyster Sauce
1tbsp - Light Soy Sauce
2tbsp - Vegetable Oil
1tsp - Salt
1tsp - Ground White Pepper

Cornstarch Mixture:
2tbsp - Cornflour
60ml - Water
