RC Rate: 0.81
Rate: 0.82
RC Expo: 0.35
This gives a max 900 degrees per second on all axii

My old cinematic rates:
RC Rate: 0.42
Rate: 0.82

Center Sensitivity: 140
Max Rate: 900
Expo: 1.00
