On our final evening away from home during this trip, we eagerly anticipated our visit to Koppies. This Free State town is nestled beside the picturesque Koppies Dam, though regrettably, entry eluded us. Undeterred, we embraced the opportunity to explore the town itself, stumbling upon intriguing sights. of which the highlight was the operational station. Later, we retreated to Paradys Game Lodge, a charming retreat located approximately five kilometers from the N1.
