Recipe:
200g butter
300g white egg
1/2tsp cream of tartar
120g powdered sugar
180g all purpose flour
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp vanilla extract
sliced almond
cheddar cheese
Just tip:
burned butter gives fragrance for the cookies
after baking just a few minutes, touch the cookies if those are warm, store in an airtight container immediately to keep them crispy
bake two times increase crispy for the cookies
