Here we go guys..... FULL BODY NO IMPACT CHAIR WORKOUT!! Get ready to strengthen muscle and do cardio ALL from a chair! We're going to lift weights, punch, jack, bicycle, and SWEAT ALL from our CHAIRS! I am currently 8 weeks POST-SURGERY from a root tear in my meniscus. HOWEVER, this has not stopped me from working out! We've got 7 strength and cardio supersets to bust through, so grab your chair and your dumbbells and let's DO THIS!
