Hello everyone, welcome to SA Today. On 11 October 2024, we will start today's video with traffic on the N14 behind an overloaded truck near Olifantshoek in South Africa, today. Then, early morning on Sunkist Beach in Durban. Early morning at Klein Roosboom Boutique Wine Estate, along the M13 Durbanville Wine Route. We stop at the border between the City of Cape Town and Overstrand Municipality on Clarence Drive between Rooi-Els and Gordon's Bay. The "Our Better Nature" project at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. We walk around Stanford. Spotting Adene's Flowers truck from Wolseley arriving at Oranjezicht Market in Cape Town. Wild dogs on the H10 near the low bridge close to Lower Sabie Rest Camp in Kruger National Park early in the morning. We stop and watch an elephant on the road in the Kruger National Park. Beautiful view from Newcastle County Lodge, and show you more videos around South Africa.

The weather forecast across South Africa today is as follows:
Expect a mostly dry day, with temperatures soaring to hot and even scorching levels, especially in the central and eastern interior, where heat waves are likely to occur. Be aware that there is a high risk of extreme fire hazards expected in the central and northeastern regions of the Northern Cape Province, as well as in the southwestern part of the Eastern Cape Province and the north-eastern area of the Western Cape Province. Parts of the extreme northeastern Eastern Cape Province will experience persistently high temperatures until Sunday this weekend. But that's not all— Gauteng and the Limpopo, along with Mpumalanga, Free State, eastern Northern Cape, and north-western KwaZulu-Natal Province, will feel the heat from today through at least Monday. Stay cool and hydrated!

Subscribe and come along for the adventure!

We want to show our viewers as many places as we can across the country worth visiting. South Africa is a large country, and only some locals know where all these places are, we therefore add a map that we created to show where the video was captured more or less. We also try and provide some history on many of the towns, museums and events on that day in South Africa. We take pride in bringing original and captivating videos that will leave you in awe.

Also in this video, we stop at the Old Joe Statue on the Schoemanskloof road, the Hill Equestrian naby Charlo in Port Elizabeth, and we drive down the main road leading towards Simonstown to the festival. Then over to Umhlanga. Train at Simonstown station special run for the Navy festival and we visit Alice in Waterkloof and we then end the video today at Dyer Island off the coast of Gansbaai in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. Join us again soon for another journey across South Africa!
