We hit Sioux City, Iowa with just enough time to hit one antique venue. The reviews say this flea market has vintage bargains and is right off I-29, so let's go!

But wait...this is much more than a flea market! The sign says that Heart & Soul Treasures also says it's "not your typical flea market", and they're right...this modest metal building hides a surprising cache of Mid Century Modern designer furnishings, lighting and art, and fun vibrant house decor and serving ware!

Can we find flea market prices in a store where Adrian Perasall chairs vie for attention alongside Roseville Futura and Kipp Stewart bedroom sets? We turn to our trick of finding the out-of-season things that are less useful in a place with sub-freezing temperatures than they are where we're headed. Barware, rattan and Christmas items (only 250 shopping days left!) make sense for us to buy, and we get to do lots of name dropping about the famous people who designed these pieces (and one certain shopper).
