A must-try spicy murrukku. This is very easy to make and very delicious.
100g (1 cup) raw rice flour
200g (2 cups) besan flour (கடலை மா)
400g ( 2 3/4 cups) roasted urid dhal flour
2 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (black or white)
1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
1 tsp crushed Ajwan seeds (ஓமம்)
salt
enough room temperature water to make the dough
