This video is a bit long because I wanted to fit Iron Mountain into one video.... so I did. Iron Mountain is one of those roads you have to do and you'll talk about forever. The scenery is great, including two views of Mount Rushmore through tunnels.... you really have to be there to see it effectively. The ride climbs to over 5,000 feet with 17 miles, 314 curves, 14 switchbacks, 3 pigtails and 3 tunnels. It's a blast to ride or drive (I've never done the latter) and can challenge some riders. I like Custer State Park and Needles Highway a lot, but Iron Mountain rocks it!!!
