My time back in KL over the last two months was to also undergo a surgery after discovering I had a large fibroid growing above my uterus in December. It was quite the experience but also a huge wake-up call for myself to check in on my health, mind and my general physical being.

My 2-3 weeks of recovery was a rollercoaster of emotions that I didn't really get to capture all of but there were days where I felt 100% myself again and then there were days where all I wanted to do was to just be in bed because I felt so tired all the time. It was and still is a learning process for me but I'm embracing it and understanding that it is even more productive when you take a step back at times and take a pause.

I'm so grateful to friends and family, my husband and both set of parents who all took care of me SO, so well during this time and ensured I was well fell, loved and everything. So grateful to have been doing the recovery back in KL as well (although I was missing Ashwyn very much). Hope you enjoy this video and I hope it also speaks as a reminder to all of us to get ourselves checked whenever & that embracing slow movements is also productive 🤍
