📃 The bulgarian tortilla is called Patatnik and is a typical Bulgarian specialty from the Rhodope Mountains.
It is made from grated potato, eggs and feta cheese.
Slowly fried in a pan.
It is similar to the Spanish tortilla but different at the same time.
