This one goes back to 2017, I had lost my job and had been stuck at home for over 12 Months wondering what I was meant to do for the rest of my life. After being told I will probably never be able to work again I spiralled into a depression that I could no longer hide from my wife Nichole. She is the one that talked me into finding something to fill in my time. Thats where my first real online computer came into existence, and where writing things down really got going.
This was a poem that covered a fast version of my life, it helped me sort my thoughts and repair some of the mixed feelings I had about myself. I find that now I gave it a sound it feels even more gratifying to how I feel about myself.
I now know it's ok to be me.
