In today's video, we take a look at our farm thriving during this long drought season, thanks to our efficient drip irrigation system. Our Tylka tomatoes are still blossoming beautifully after recent harvesting, with new fruits ready to be picked in a few days. Though smaller than Rio Grande tomatoes, the Tylkas are medium-sized, juicy, and full of flavor.

We also showcase our Rio Grande tomatoes, known for their larger size and tougher skin, which helps them withstand the heat and have a longer shelf life. These tomatoes are incredibly sweet and perfect for a variety of dishes.

Beyond the tomatoes, the farm workers are enjoying the spinach planted in between the empty drip holes, using it for their lunches and to take home. It’s another crop thriving despite the drought, providing sustenance and reducing farm waste. Its a consideration for growing in the next season once we establish a market.

As we walk through the farm, we also check on our Pixie orange trees. Some are already fruiting, while others are flowering, which is an exciting development considering they were only planted a little over a year ago. Patience has certainly paid off!

Even during this long drought, our crops are flourishing, and we feel incredibly blessed. Our drip irrigation system has been a game-changer, allowing us to continue producing healthy crops in the harshest conditions. Join us on this farm journey as we highlight the resilience of our tomatoes, spinach, and fruit trees! #gratefulheart We thank God indeed
