Recipe Notes
100g pancake mix
50g unsalted butter
50g chocolate

(1) Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature and knead it into the mixture.
(2) Add the pancake mix and mix quickly.
(3) When the dough starts to come together, add the chocolate and mix.
(4) Give the dough a moment's rest, roll it out, and place it on a baking sheet. Lightly crush the dough.
(5) Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes.
