Beef 900g
Mushrooms 250g
Butter 60g
2 onions
2 carrots
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon wheat flour
Salt
Black pepper
Oregano
2 glasses of water
Spring onion/parsley

Cook for 90 minutes
