We make the 11 hour road trip from Washington to California once a year for a houseboating vacation. Usually we tent camp on the shores of Shasta Lake the night before we get on the boat but we don’t film this because we pack such minimal gear and don’t really get up to much at camp. However, we thought we would share this California camping adventure (and it turns out things didn’t go to plan) as well as some footage from houseboating and a houseboat tour.
