Voigtlander SL lenses: Video looking at Voigtlander Nikon mount lenses, including Voigtlander Nokton 58mm 1.4 SL II-S, Voigtlander Ultron 40mm f2 SL II, Voigtlander Color Skopar 20mm f3.5 SL II and a mention of the Voigtlander 28mm SLII. Coming from rangefinder cameras I wanted lenses of similar optical performance and size for my Nikon SLR cameras. Meet Voigtlander SL lenses! In my experience these lenses are often optically superior to Nikon lenses and some are built much smaller too. These lenses for me get my Nikon SLR cameras one step closer to a Leica M rangefinder camera in terms of size, weight and image quality. (Some Nikkor lenses can be excellent but generally speaking I think Voigtlander can perform as well or better and in a smaller package). Voigtlander SL II lenses Canon mount are also available.
