I will continue to brainstorm ways to make my meditations more inclusive. I just thought of some ways to strengthen these meditations and ensure they are more accessible.
I recommend that you use this when you are NOT dysregulated. This meditation is meant to help broaden your bodily awareness for WHEN you are dysregulated. But this can further dysregulate you if you are currently activated. This might seem counterintuitive, but focusing on the body while dysregulated can overwhelm, trigger emotional flooding, and further dysregulate you. (When dysregulated, distressed, or hyperaroused, I use specific skills for different states of being.)

The first 9 minutes are mandatory for anyone who has never practiced Anapanasati.

The first 15 minutes is mandatory for anyone without a daily meditation practice or meditation experience.
