Carmel is the National Director Agribusiness at the Commonwealth Bank. Carmel’s role supports CBA’s Agri customers in areas of Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), sustainability and new markets such as carbon. Carmel is an advocate for promoting a win-win from the intersection of natural capital enhancements and on-farm productivity outcomes and building resilience into farming systems to offset changing rainfall and weather patterns.
Carmel has been with CBA for 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics Hons from the University of Sydney.
