In the Philippines.
Leche Flan is made up of eggs and milk..it’s sweet, creamy, soft delicious and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients
4 tbs granulated sugar to caramelize
12 egg yolks
350g condensed milk
370g evaporated milk
1 tbs vanilla extract
1&1/2 tsp lemon
