I’ve received this common question and I hope this video helps.

The demo was on Passat B8 Highline batch 2018. Some models may not have the Easy Entry function. This function also can be turn on/off through your head unit menu.

How to storing driver seat and exterior mirror
• Switch on the EPB
• Switch on ignition
• Adjust the driver seat and exterior mirror
Press the SET button for longer than one secon
• With approx 10 seconds press memory button you wish to use. A gong signal will sound to confirm that the settings have been saved.

How to storing passenger exterior mirror settings for reverse.
•Switch on the EPB
•Switch on the ignition
•Press the approx memory button
• Engage reverse gear
• Adjust the mentioned above exterior mirror so that you have good view of the kerb area.
• the settings will be saved automatically and assigned to the Vehicle key that is used to unlock the Vehicle.

Accessing the driver seat and exterior mirror settings
• While the ignition is switched off, touch and hold the required memory button until the saved position is reached.

• the front passenger exterior mirror will back as front driving when drives forwards at a minimum speed of 15km/h or turn from R to different position.

Easy and entry seat function
When the driver door is opened, the driver seat automatically moves to a position which makes it easy to enter and exit the vehicle.

The driver seat moves back to its original position automatically as soon as the driver door is closed and the ignition is switched on.
