This simple and easy fish cake recipe is an absolute delight, made with potato and fish that can be made quickly and easily. Mashed potato adds a great bit of body, and this easy recipe is something everybody will love! Got to love homemade Fish Cakes!

Ingredients- 
➤ 350g Maris Piper potatoes
➤ 500g skinned cod or haddock fillet  
➤ 300ml milk
➤ 2 bay leaves 
➤ 1 tbsp parsley & chives  
➤ 85g fresh white breadcrumbs
➤ handful of plain flour  
➤ 1 egg  

For the tartar sauce
➤ 2 gherkins
➤ Half a shallot
➤ 1 tbsp parsley 
➤ 125ml mayonnaise
➤ 1 tsp creamed horseradish  
➤ 1 tsp mustard
➤ 1 tbsp olive oil
