As promised, today's video is the upgrade guide for the Sliver Swarm Commander Masters Commander precon. For this guide I will give few suggestions on what to both take out and swap in to make this deck a little better than what it was out of the box.I will also give a small land upgrade guide for 5 color precons, so you can use this guide for any other ones released in the future.
