Pearl's Chicken Curry with bags of flavour, made the Indian way. Any extra can be frozen.
Ingredients
1 Ladle spoon Oil
1Kg Chicken ( Mixed Thighs. Legs and Breast )
3 Onions
1 Tin Chopped Tomato
2 Fistful of Green Coriander
1 Tsp Garam Masala

For Masala Paste:
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds ( Jeera)
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1-2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder ( depending on hot you like it )
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Khus Khus Powder (Poppy Seeds )
7- 8 Green Cardamom
1 eighth of a Tsp Mace Powder ( Javitri )

For Pea Rice ( Pea Pulao )
1 Ladle Spoon Oil
2 Onion
1 Cup Peas
2 Mugs Basmati Rice
5 Same Mugs of Water
2 1/2 Tsp Salt
Dry Whole Garam Masala
2-3 Bay Leafs
1 Tsp Pepper Corns
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
Little Phool (Flower )
