Dunlop Trailmax Missions on my Multistrada 950.

Well, you might have seen already my review about the #Trailmax Missions.
Only test that I could not include at that time was some riding off pavement.

Now I finally had the chance to do so and take my #Multistrada950 for a light off – road during my Riding East journey.

In Oderheiu Secuiesc I meet up with Huni from ADV Touring #Harghita.

He took me up to the “Heart of Jesus” Statue that is about 15 km out of the city.

Actually, I did not know that I will do light off-road during that short ride, but I enjoyed it very much.

Only down point where my missing bar risers, that would have made this ride much more comfortable.

The Trailmax Missions are performing very well on this unpaved road, especially the front goes where you want it to go. Very stable.

Grip wise it is fun, switching into #Enduro Mode and just let the rear tire spin a bit and play a bit more with the throttle.

Ok, I have to admit, that I am not very experienced in riding off – road and so I am rather a novice in this riding segment. That’s why I am still a bit shy in pushing it a bit more.

As expected, the tire tread of the Trailmax Missions is not as good when it get’s a bit muddy!
Profile closes very fast and tires wants to slip in any direction but not in yours.

Here some facts about the “Heart of Jesus Statue:

Hight - 22 Meters (Stainless Steel)
Location - Village of Lupeni (Farkaslaka – Hungarian / Wolfsdorf – German)
Harghita – Transylvania (Siebenbuergen)
Build - 2011

If you are riding close to Odorheiu Secuiesc it is worth while stopping. There is also a staircase going up so you can enjoy a nice view from the top of the statue.
