This is a video about Budapest Underground - the oldest underground system in continental Europe. The film starts from a line M1 built in 1896.
Today underground in Budapest, the only in Hungary, has 4 lines connecting Buda and Pest (two parts of the city on the opposite sides of Danube). It is important to notice that the underground connects Budapest main train stations: Deli, Nyugati, Keleti and Kelenföld.
