Traveling and anxiety don't combine well, but that doesn't mean it's impossible! In this video I share my story with anxiety and dealing with mental health while traveling and give you few tips that helped me along the way.
I realized now after editing the video that it sounds like I got over my issues completely, so don't be mistaken, I still struggle with anxiety from time to time but definitely not to the extent as I used to. Hope this helped!
