What can we do to support our colleagues, friends and family? How do we encourage responsibility? I often speak about collective responsibility when it comes to tackling discrimination, but in this instance we need to encourage and empower men to take responsibility for turning up to weekly sessions - and the only way really to do that is to ensure we are making it known that #itsokaytotalk!
We have to #breakthestigma!
