Carpet Area – It is the area within the house/apartment without including the thickness of the External walls, balcony area, utility etc. This is also sometimes referred to as a livable area. Carpet area INCLUDE the thickness of internal walls as per new regulation

Built up Area – It is the area of the house/apartment that includes the balcony and external walls. It’s also referred to as ‘Total Area’ of the house.

Super Built up Area– It is the built up areas plus the proportion of the common areas (lift, lobby, stair case, etc.) for that apartment unit.
